Baywater Estates RV Park is 2½ hours north of Victoria, 45 minutes from the Nanaimo Departure Bay ferry terminal, 20 minutes from Parksville, 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach, 25 minutes from Courtenay/Comox and 5 minutes from an excellent supermarket, liquor store, post office and hardware store in Bowser.

The closest golf course is just 10 minutes away and within a 30 minute drive, there are 7 additional championship golf facilities.

The closest marina/boat moorage is 8 minutes away in Deep Bay. Kayaks and canoes can be launched from our beach.

The Parksville/Qualicum Beach area of Vancouver Island is known for its friendliness and wonderful tourist facilities. Our weather is temperate and activities abound – spelunking at Horne Lake Caves, salmon fishing with local guides, kayaking, golf, miles of sandy beaches, the Coombs Market (with the famous goats on the roof), Paradise Mini-Golf, local farm tours, world-class skiing at Mount Washington and hiking...the list goes on

Share Membership

Baywater Estates RV Resort is a cooperative - 6-month RV park comprised of 72 sites. Currently, it is developer controlled and the developer issues new purchasers a share certificate. As part of the share purchase both parties will need to sign off on a Shareholder Agreement and a Licence of Occupation for the site one is purchasing. What you are purchasing as a new member of the cooperative is a share in the total property of Baywater and exclusive occupation of the site assigned to you by your share certificate.

The day-to-day operations of the park are managed by a fully volunteer Camper Shareholder Board (CSH Board). The Board includes the Baywater Executive Committee (President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary and our elected Director to the Baywater Estates RV Resort Inc Board). The President along with our Director (One of 3 Directors on the developer-controlled Baywater Estates RV Resort Inc Board) approves the new shareholder (i.e. new member) and the Recreational Vehicle (RV) that will be placed on a site.

Baywater is an RV park for only trailers, 5th wheels and motorhomes.
